  5. 日常训练项目: 滑竿,接水管,穿衣训练,攀登墙角及水管,穿火圈,高空速降,攀登挂钩梯等。 体能训练: (1)上肢力量训练项目:俯卧撑、双杠臂曲伸、单杠引体向上、哑铃、拉力器、卧推等。  (2)下肢力量训练项目:负重深蹲、蛙跳、单腿连续跳、原地三级跳或五级跳等。   (3)腰腹力量训练项目:斜板仰卧举腿、斜板卧坐起、仰卧起坐、收腹跳、单杠悬垂举腿、双杠直角支撑等。  (4)短跑速度训练项目:30米变速跑、变向跑、小步跑、高抬腿跑和负重跑。  (5)技巧训练项目:跃起前滚翻、团身后滚翻、侧手翻、头手翻、前手翻、原地后空翻。   (6)耐力训练项目:5000米、10000米长跑、负重长跑、足球、篮球、网球等。
