  8. Video Production Stages • Pre-Production • is the process of fixing some of the elements involved in a film, play, or other performance. Pre-production ends when the planning ends and the content starts being produced. • Scripting & Storyboard • Storyboard -is a great tool to plan out the overall effort of your video production. Consider the following items: • Shoot locations • Subjects • Types of Camera Shots – (close-up VS long shots)

  9. Improve Your Video Pre-Production With A Script • A Script, in its simplest terms, is your structural outline for the content that will be spoken throughout your video.  • Three main components that your script should have in place: • Introduction – The start of your video is where you need to grab your audience’s attention. • Body – The body of the script should include details of the products or services that your business is selling. • Conclusion – Your concluding statements need to convert your target audience into believers.

  10. Video Production Stages • Production • Production begins once the footage is recorded. This process will capture all the scenes and information captured in the pre-production process.

  11. Video Production Stages • Post Production • is part of the process of filmmaking, video production and photography. • Processes • Video editing the picture of a television program using an edit decision list. • Writing, recording, and editing the soundtrack. • Adding visual special effects. • Sound design, sound effects, ADR, foley and music. • Transfer of colour motion picture film to video
