  2. Puberty • Remember, this is mainly a review • Today, we are just going to review the different physical and emotional changes that occur in both boys and girls. • We will discuss similarities in both boys and girls and we will also discuss differences.

  4. Puberty • Now, we’re going to discuss the puberty worksheet. • I need volunteers to write on the board.

  6. Puberty • What is the age range of starting puberty for the girls? • What is the age range of starting puberty for the boys? • How long does it seem to take for people to complete the changes of puberty?

Should she worry about it? • Mick started puberty this year, at age 14. his brother , tom (not on the transparency) is 13. Should Tom expect to start puberty in one year? • Mary (not on the transparency) is 18.5 and has not started puberty. Should she worry about it? What should she do?
