  1. Who Is a Mediator? A mediator farnham is an independent third person who works to help both sides find a compromise. The mediator starts the gathering, then talks regarding the issue at hand and assists the participants in coming up with strategies. The mediator is unable to offer a solution. A mediator does nothing more than assist the parties in expressing their stances and listening to their conflicts in order to find a solution that meets everyone's needs and tends to work toward a valid and manageable settlement. The choice is between the sides themselves. Role of a Mediator:

  2. Scheduling a conversation among the parties- after the mediator has been appointed, it is required for the mediator to schedule a time that is suitable for both groups. Review the mediation discussions: at the first conference, the mediator asks the groups to accept a form outlining the procedure's rules and guidelines. He also welcomes the participants to give a brief summary of the factual data from their respective points of view. He then talks about the problem and attempts to come up with a remedy that is acceptable to both parties. Duties of a family Mediator hale: Equality is a requirement for a mediator. He is unable to support a single political party. If the mediator is found to be biased in favour of one of the parties, he will be replaced by another mediator. The mediator must also reveal to the parties that he or she has no dispute of significance. Confidentiality- the act states that all information obtained during the mediation process must be kept private. The mediator has the authority to provide details about the hearing to the court if the sides have offered their drafted approval.
