  2. Changes in Model Function → Higher Wind Speed Retrievals Change made at 16m/s

  3. Change in Processing of the Measurements at the Swath Edge→ Improved Retrievals Correct ambiguities chosen in new processing

  4. Change in Rain Flag → rain flagging reduced from 4.2% (old) to ~1.8% (new) QuikSCAT 25km QuikSCAT_P 25km

  5. New QRad Rain Rate Product → Will be Available in NAWIPS and Web Page
