Refer to the “Handouts” page and review the requirements for Assignment 6 – Basic Web Page Design and Production • Work to complete Page 1 – “home page” • Refer to the philosophy of education examples • Work to develop Page 2 – “resume” • Refer to the UNCW career services web site for template • Use Google Sites (http://sites.google.com/) to continue to develop your teacher web page. • Link to and Read the “Google Sites Help” Center Continue Developing Your Teacher Web Page

  4. Please access your account on TaskStream, a ‘teacher toolkit’ serves a variety of purposes for the work we do in EDN 303 • On the top of the home page. Please click on the “Communication” tab. Then, please click on “Discussion Board”. • Find our class titled “EDN 303 001 Fall 2009” • Click on “Research and Term Papers” • Click on “Create New Topic” AND • Post your response • Please don’t forget to “Reply” to your buddy’s post TaskStream

Use the “Schedule” page to link to the “Student Edition Labs” • The textbooks web site titles this page “Computer Concepts Labs” • Link on “Computer Ethics” and “Protecting your Privacy Online” from the main menu of labs. There are over 30 labs listed. • Complete the Online Lab Student Edition Lab

Read Chapter 6 in the textbook • Please click on the “Book Resources” link on the course schedule page • Look under Chapter 8 and focus on the “Exercises” on the left of the page • These exercises are important for our class this semester: • Key Terms • Checkpoint • Learn in online Text Book Web site
