Phase 2 – Go live 20/1/2012 • Focused on integrating operations, ward process and improved links with social services • Improved ward bases processes, staff re-training by RealTime • Use of RealTime whiteboards for adults and paediatric board rounds • Streamlining of Social Services referrals, including automated email to outlying social services end points • Paperless within Operations, removing manual spreadsheets and reducing floorwalking • Use of RealTime capacity planning and management
