Plan Ahead – pg. 276 • When new fields are needed, determine the purpose of those fields to see if they need special data types • When a form is required, determine whether the form requires data from more than one table • If the form requires data from more than one table, determine the relationship between the tables • If the form requires data from more than one table, determine on which of the tables the form is to be based • Determine the fields from each table that need to be on the form Multitable Forms
Housekeeping • Make a Chapter 5 folder • Go to Public\DB Design\Chapter 5 folder and copy Camashly design from there (we are all starting at the CORRECT place) • NOTE: this copies the folder for your labs as well. So go ahead and get ALL of it! • Open the Camashly Design database Multitable Forms
