A day in the lifecycle… Take your pick from lots of geeky stuff IBL students perform mix of roles ranging from very technical to non-technical disciplines Development/Programming: HTML, JavaScript, COBOL, Unix, Oracle, SQL, Perl, DB2, JCL, VBA, VB.NET, Siebel, J2EE/Java, C++, Delphi, heaps of others…. Testing/Quality: Tools, Automation, Metrics, Usability, Risk/Security, Requirements, Defect & Data Management Support: Technical, User, Business Services (eg: Reporting, Workforce Management, Leadership Support) Analysis & Process: Business Unit Support, Reporting, Business Analysis, Asset Management Demand Management: Strategy, Customer Relationship Management
