  3. The Good Has allowed us to map the aforementioned services available- huge breadth of services. Self referrers and referrers can see where they can go - Increases choice The service users have less duplication/ bounced around services - ‘Assessed ‘ til death’ Gate keeping- For example GP’s referring into tier 4 services now have to follow the pathway As a service reminds us of our partner agencies A reminder of what your core business should be and what you are commissioned to do! Co-ordination of information - can see which leaflets should be used where The planning allows partnership work We are putting our most experienced staff at the front door of services Can see what we are lacking - Map against High Impact Changes- arrest referral

  4. The Bad Service users can’t be pigeon holed or ‘Tiered’! A4 - ‘it doesn’t fit on the paper’ we will leave it off Processes do not account for blockages Can be time consuming if not chaired adequately

  5. And The Ugly Credit crunch! We await the axe wielding! Long debates and arguments

  6. Remember A Treatment pathway is not just for Christmas. Needs to be a continuous process
