Why Buckle Up? • The most effective means of reducing fatalities and serious injuries (saving an estimated 9,500 lives in each year) • Reduces the risk of fatal injury to front seat passengers by 45% (light trucks – 60%) and the risk of moderate-to-critical injury by 50% (light trucks 65%)
