When did man start to fear? “He [Adam] answered, "I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid."” (Genesis, 3: 10) Fear got into man when sin appeared. Fear and sin will disappear at the same time. Nevertheless, God’s Word is plenty of promises which help us to get rid of fear.
DON’T BE AFRAID “Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will swallow them up. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them” (Numbers14:9) Of yourenemies “David also said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the Lord is finished” (1 Chronicles28:20) When you are doing the work of God “You need not fear when destruction comes” (Job 5:21) Of destruction “You need not fear the beasts of the earth” (Job 5:22) Of the beasts of the earth When you have a clean conscience “Then you will lift up your face without shame; you will stand firm and without fear” (Job 11:15)

DON’T BE AFRAID, TRUST GOD “For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you” (Isaiah41:13) God leads you “This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. BENEFITS OF TRUSTINGGOD The peace, the assurance, the hope that faith gives believers no doubt can bring about mental attitudes that will impact our overall health. A merry heart can, indeed, be like medicine—even better, because so often medicine can come with deleterious side effects. Knowing and experiencing for yourself the reality of God’s love can have such a calming effect, greatly reducing stress and the negative health consequences that often follow it. Jesus, knowing for yourself His love and care. This can be done through daily reading of the Word, through prayer, through talking to the Lord as if with a friend, and through contemplating His character as revealed in nature and Scripture. Faith can either produce miraculous healing of illnesses or have an influence on natural processes that lead to healing.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
