Incorporating NEES into NSF products • Some news efforts are helped by NSF coordination, such as the Japan-U.S. collaboration announcement or events involving many facilities

Incorporating NEES into NSF products • Currently we are working with Buffalo and RPI to publicize the NEESWood efforts.
Collaboration • Please give me a full month warning before an upcoming test (or publication) • Let us know what types of visuals will be produced on your end (footage of the test, animations, high-res. images, photos, etc.).
The End Result • Greater visibility • Archived record of footage and materials available for future publicity • Increased public understanding and awareness of important research efforts
