  14. Friends of Libraries for Deaf Action The Red Notebook was started in 1979 as a first stop library resource for the deaf community. It now officially goes international and bears a new subtitle, "Deaf Awareness Begins @ your library."

  16. Idaho Library Association Received $35,000 in state money to implement a PR campaign using @ your library on a statewide level. For 2002, the association has developed a new theme, Access to All @ your library, with a special logo to promote it.
