  5. Resolution #4 • The PSG recognises that Marvin started one month early compared to plans. It recommends that … • stick to the original plan • ask CEC for delaying all deliverables by one month • stick to plan now; wait and see; consider project extension towards the end • change only the first deliverable dates (up to 15th month)

  6. Resolution #5 • The PSG encourages DNV to use the budget that is allocated to subcontracting for the workflow and product data analysis phase (WP1) and for demonstration and validation (WP4, 5). The following companies should be considered in the first place: • Common Progress • Odfjell • BONA Shipping • Associated experts (no contract), e.g. Hapag Lloyd • Project reference group • Marinor client for validation; hire in experts (describe processes; review specs; validate solutions)
