  2. IMPORTANT DATES ONTARIO UNIVERSITIES November 18th, 2015 Get your PIN Access Letters for the COMPASS.101 application @ Lunch in the Auditorium Foyer. Bring your Student ID Card. January 13, 2016: Latest date to submit completed online applications to the OUAC. February 5, 2016: Recommended last day to make changes to your application. May 27, 2016: Date by which the universities must respond to your application for admission. June 1, 2016: Earliest date by which the universities may require a response to offers of admission and a financial commitment.

  26. OFFERS are CONDITIONAL! Any offer you receive from a university is CONDITIONAL. Any offer you accept from a university is CONDITIONAL. Conditions usually include: Minimum averages based on your final report Minimum marks in specific courses based on your final report Successful completion of all requirements of your OSSD (e.g. community hours).

SUPPLEMENTARY APPLICATIONS Might include… Essays / REFERENCE LETTERS / SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION from Guidance Counsellors, teachers or principals Might have separate deadline dates (e.g. Feb 15 deadline for PSE’s at Queen’s). Check university websites carefully for additional information requirements

  32. LEARNING DISABILITIES SPECIAL NEEDS  IEP / IPRC – identify yourself once you’ve decided on an institution and been accepted. Learning Centres on Campus – check out student support services at schools of interest to you. Verify what documentation is required to secure accommodations.
