Blueprint for Mental Health & Wellbeing

The Tasmanian Minerals and Energy Council (TMEC) has established a workgroup to address mental health in the mining industry. They have adapted a Blueprint produced by the NSW Minerals Council and the University of Newcastle to guide companies in creating a mentally healthy workforce. This initiative aims to support employees and reduce workplace incidents related to mental ill-health.
