  4. More You Can Do • Make Sure Calibrations and Maintenance are Scheduled and Performed • Document Your Efforts and Keep Organized Files • Know When Permits Expire and When Renewals Are Due

  5. Even More You Can Do • Make Submissions/Reports AS SOON AS You Have the Information. DON’T WAIT for Due Dates • Monitor Supplies and Refill AS SOON AS You Have Space. DON’T WAIT Until Supplies are Nearly Exhausted • Trend Your Data (Especially Process Data) To Perceive Developing Issues

  6. Still More You Can Do • Know What’s Happening Inside Your Plant • Use Your EMS Team to Stay in Touch • COMMUNICATE with Management and Regulators (Good and Bad) • Make Notifications IMMEDIATELY if Not Sooner
