Schools Direct Schools Direct is a Brand 2 Types of Schools Direct • Qualified Route (PGCE supported) Partnership with University • Teaching Partnership with other schools (Non PGCE Route) Final Qualification should be checked at interview
Troops Into Teachers TeachFirst is a brand name supporting British Troops with a desire to enter the teaching profession This is a PGCE route into teaching for graduates or can be as part of a graduate qualification, determined by entry qualifications of entrant
Undergraduate Route • At the moment there are limited opportunities for prospective post A level candidates to directly enter the teaching profession in Computer Science in Education. • If this is a route you would like to take, you need to pursue a degree in a computer science related discipline providing programming opportunities.
