  2. Why are we here? • There is a vast range of qualifications – often employers or others do not fully understand the level at which your qualifications sit. • It is your responsibility to be able to make this clear. The following information will help you do just that!

  7. Group Activity 1 In your group arrange the cards in the following format to indicate the importance of key factors required to be successful in employment. (1 being the most important and 6 being the least) 1 Are the important factors all covered? Add anything you think is missing 2 3 5 4 6
