  10. 訓練計畫書:現有人員裝備 • 人員編制: - 專任專科醫師: 7人 - 兼任專科醫師: 3人 - 專任住院醫師: 7人 • 裝備編制: - 可用病床總數: 23床 - 專屬門診診療椅 - 口腔顎面外科疾病診療設備

  11. 門診訓練 (至少8個月) • 口腔診斷及口腔內科……………………….….2-4個月 • 拔牙 (220) 及贗復前手術（10, 含植牙手術）.6-12個月 • 顎面外傷 (4) • 頭頸部感染 (4) • 口腔顎顏面區之囊腫及良性腫瘤 (10) • 口腔惡性腫瘤 (5) • 顳顎關節手術及關節鏡 (4) • 口腔顎顏面區之重建手術 (0-4) • 先天及後天顏顱畸形之矯正手術 (0-5) • 顏面部運動及感覺神經之疾病 病房訓練 (12~18個月) 專科住院醫師 (3年) • 麻醉科 • 一般外科 • 整形外科 • 神經外科 • 感染科 • 血液科 • 心臟血管內科 • 新陳代謝科 • 病理科或放射線診斷科任選一科，每科2個月 內外科訓練 (12個月) 訓練計畫書:專科醫師訓練

  12. 訓練計畫書:研究生合併專科醫師訓練 • 研究生合併專科醫師訓練 (4年) • 前兩年之臨床時數以一年計，每週至少20小時，寒暑假不休，每週至少40小時 • 最後二年全天訓練 • 訓練內容與專科住院醫師必須通過碩士論文考試後始得發給臨床訓練證書。

  13. 訓練計畫書:教育訓練 凡是參加口腔顎面外科住院醫師專業訓練皆必須參加下列之教育內容： • 應用口腔解剖學及實驗動物外科,負責陽明大學口腔解剖實驗助教工作。 • 口腔顎顏面區之研究, 包括臨床及基礎完成專科住院醫師時必須有一至二篇論文發表。 • 顯微手術: 4週, 向陽明大學醫學院實驗動物外科報名。 • 查房: 每天1小時 • 聯合病理討論 : 每月1小時 • 頭頸腫瘤聯合討論會: 每週1小時 • 雜誌及文章討論會: 每二週1小時 • 病例討論會: 每二週1小時
