Eating out & Shopping in Kista • The Kista Galleria shopping mall has 125 different stores, 33 restaurants, and a movie theater. • In Sweden, foreign movies have subtitles so you can definitely watch a movie in it’s native tongue (most children’s pictures being the exception). • The mall is open between 10 am and 9 pm all days of the week. • Almost all stores accept major credit cards, but should you still require Swedish currency, there is an exchange at the eastern entrance to the mall. • Most of the restaurants are located in the middle of the mall, in an area known as the Food Court. Here you will find a wide variety of food to choose from. Also, there are a few restaurants located at other places in the mall. • During peak lunch hours (ca 11.30 - 12.30) seating for groups larger than a few persons may be hard to find in the Food Court.
