Planting The Seeds • Decide what you are going to grow. • Buy seeds from store. • Seeds need dirt to grow. • Plant the seeds according to the directions on the package. • Plant the seeds in a garden or a pot.
Take Care of Your Plants • Plants need water to grow. • Plants need sun to grow. • Once your plants start to grow, make sure you pull up all the weeds around them so they will get big and strong. • Protect them from animals and insects.
Enjoy Your Garden • If you planted a vegetable garden, you can pick the vegetables and eat them when they are ripe. • If you planted a flower garden, you can enjoy all the pretty flowers when they bloom. • A garden is fun to plant and take care of!
