  2. INDUCTION ATRA (vesanoid capsules): 45 mg/m2 P.O. daily till CR or max. of 90 days. Daunorubicin45 mg/m2 I.V. day 1,2,3.

  3. CONSOLIDATION Daunorubicin45 mg/m2 I.V. day 1,2,3 for 2 courses

  4. MAINTENANCE ATRA 45 mg/m2 P.O. daily for 2 weeks every 3 months every 2 years. 6-Mercaptupurine 60 mg/m2/day P.O.for 2 years. Methotrexate 20 mg/m2 I.V.once weekly for 2 years.
