  4. We recently became accredited partners of WhiteSky Software (WSS). WSS is a revolutionary cloud-based application development platform. We are partnering WSS as we intend to use it to increase our service offering to clients, by undertaking specific commissions, for example: Data Migration when moving from Package A to Package B WSS will allow us to implement all the logic and rules of Package B, and provide an auditable staging area for business analysts to perform reconciliations and reporting Scheduled, automated data refreshing and reporting Specialised reporting or investor portals WSS is able to import and export data, to and from the cloud, via named ranges in Excel. In this way, the import and export templates can be of any shape or format As a cloud based delivery mechanism, it is useful for secure investor portal type applications, whilst maintaining a “firewall” between the investors and whatever application you have installed Objects created in WSS are all designed with or by the customer, so the data structure is familiar – and not imposed.   8. Scenario : Large multi asset (PE and RE) fund manager in Canada, 2011 A fund manager in Canada had purchased a market leading vendor solution. However, their project team consisted mainly of busy finance operatives. As the implementation project moved forward, it became increasingly clear that the business did not have enough bandwidth into feeding requirements to the vendors in their report specifications.
