  3. 4th QUARTER: Coordination • Meetings: multiple, within missions, with stakeholders, including Inspection Council • Main outputs & conclusions so far communicated and forwarded • E-inspection software team  communicate with SEI • Coordination with TA project supporting local level & Twinning IED • Coordination with training programme of TA project • Coordination meeting organised by MoEPP  sharing & review of relevant docs • Mutual participation in workshops of Twinning & TA in November & December • Info exchange continues Twinning Project ENEA – ENforcing Environmental Acquis

QUARTERLY REPORT • Addendum 2: training  needs urgent endorsement • Central planning & control of inspectors •  new Law should come into force • Inspection Council should address Twinning docs sent, • to align to EU best practices Overload in planning & reporting, evaluation of inspectors with financial penalties... • Inspection Council activity should get the attention of EC • Paragraph slightly reformulated Twinning Project ENEA – ENforcing Environmental Acquis

  14. QUARTERLY REPORT • Managers in SEI, MoEPP, CFCD, DEU & SEA should continue pushing for a change in Law for Insp. Supervision • Review & implement recommendations for improvement • 2nd update: deleted recommendation about E-inspection project, as it was cancelled Twinning Project ENEA – ENforcing Environmental Acquis
