Introduction • SCS is an abbreviation for Stock Control System. • SCS is an excel based stock control system designed to provide the following services: • Reduce the overhead cost of your stock analysis and evaluation. • Enable quick and efficient stock analysis, evaluation and control. • Easy access to stock data at anytime . • Graphical presentation of data for easy quick analysis. • The following slides show a sample of SCS (Customized for a sportswear shop)

  4. Pre-sold Screen:This illustrates a breakdown of goods available from the previous month.

  5. Goods Sold:This screen show details of the month\week ended sales

  6. Breakdown:A summary of goods\price of sold and available stock.

  11. Availability information screen.This automatically indicates if stock replenishment is required based on a preset cut off point (e.g. this displays replenishment required if stock is less than 5)
