  3. New Feature: Definition Access Set • Secure changes to 22 GL components • All FSG Components, Consolidation, M Allocations, Calendars, Ex. Rate • Create Definition Access Set name • Leave Defn Type, Defn Name blank initially

  4. Definition Access Sets • Responsibility assign DAS • Auto Assign (All new/changes by Resp added DAS) • Use – Will appear in LOV • View – Can review the record • Modify – Can Change component definition

  5. Assign Individually • On Component Enable Security • Resp. on AutoAssign, record added to DAS • If Not Click to DAS • For view, no msg - grey record
