Aligning to Mission and Business Strategy (Example) As the graphic below illustrates, the mission and business strategy is at the foundation of the model and drives the capabilities the employees and the Company/Function need in order to succeed. Capabilities are the skills and experiences needed to do your job and serve our clients internal and external to the Company/Function. The Company/Department Capabilities Framework (CCF) outlines these valued capabilities for each part of our business and can allow us to create objective measures for performance and resulting total compensation. The CCF also enables us to define our learning tools and to guide our employees to appropriate on-the-job learning experiences. When all of these components are combined, the result is superior service and a truly satisfying work experience.
