Preliminary Conclusions (and Questions) • Some countries are achieving a PDI of 50% or more. • Europe as a whole has improved in the last 10 years but overall PDI is still less than 40%. • Some European counties have been competitive with the top countries in the world but others are lagging – we can do better! • Are we doing everything we can? • What can we learn from each other • On an individual level? • On a system level?
