  2. SUMMARY • This article is basically about the the different Smart phones (BlackBerry & iPhone). What the writer mentions in the article are the benefits and the drawbacks of both the phones, even though he criticizes both the smart phones the article is not bias at all.

Blackberry Benefits Drawbacks Appworld has less apps than theiPhone App store Time zone only changes if set Takes up 2 power outlet spots Older models of Blackberries had small screens • Good battery life • QWERTY keyboard • Able to run multiple applications at once • Works on many different cellular services (T-Mobile, Sprint , AT&T etc…) • Has BBM

  4. iPhone Benefits Drawbacks Works on one cellular service (AT&T) Battery life is not as efficient as the BlackBerry On screen keyboard which may be hard to use (if you have jus switched from Blackberry) • Better app store (more apps) than the BlackBerry app world • Browser is much better • E-Mails are more organized • The graphics are better • Takes up 1 power outlet spot • On screen keyboard

  5. Conclusion • Both phones are equally criticized by the writer but according to him the iPhone has an advantage over the BlackBerry because of its App Store (65,000 Apps) rather than the BlackBerry Appworld (2,000 Apps) which he believes RIM need to improve on.
