Transactions: • Add Employee Record • Update Employee Record • Save Employee Record • Assign Employee Designation • Employee Evaluation > Promote Employee > Demote Employee • Leave Request Evaluation > Approve Leave Request > Reject Leave Request > Update Employee Leave Records • Generate Reports • Print Reports Queries: The system will have query/search capabilities. The queries are as follows: • Employee ID Number • Employee Surname • Department
Reports: • Transaction Reports • Employee Number Reports • Employee Tasks Evaluation Reports • Employee Compensation Reports • Employee Leave Evaluation Reports • Employee Evaluation/Assessment Reports Special Technologies: Use of smart cards/magnetic cards to store employee information and attendance reference, each employee will be given his/her own smartcard.
Major difference from other similar system The major difference of the proposed system from other existing systems is the use of modern technology through smart cards, wherein the employee information will be saved in a magnetic card, which will also be used as reference for the attendance of the employees.
