Inventory authorization within MediaOffice – ask station IT administrator or sales manager for permission Excel files for your network and time zone – requestfrom your OneDomain Regional Manager, saved to a folder you can easily find What ClientsNeed
Open MediaOffice, and select TV Inventory Open your own station’s inventory file We’re using Station TVCH as an example Prepare to Install Inventory
Highlight Prime Folder in left column, then right-click and select “Rename Product” Rename Prime folder to something other than just “Prime”; repeat for Specials folder name Move old folders down and replace with new empty ones, then publish and close Safely Saving Your Existing Work
RestartMediaOffice and select TV Inventory Click “New Station”, and on “Import From” screen, scroll down to Excel Import. Click OK. Adding To Your Inventory - 1
Navigate to Prime or Specials Excel file you want to import, highlight and click Save. Adding To Your Inventory - 2
Review Excel Import list and un-tag unwanted items. Excel Import List Appears Click on Import, then wait for a minute.
Prime folder now contains new programming Publish, restart and repeat the above for specials Now Open Your Station’s Inventory
Assign PAVs in inventory Assign rates in rate card Link items to your station’s traffic system Hiatus dates entered Create selling book estimates Inventory published for all to use New imported lines need more work
