Background • Team background: • All 9 employees have at least MSc in Computer Science/Maths • Led by 3 Directors who have experience managing large companies, and spin-outs, systems and software certification as well as international recognition for Formal Methods excellence (Prof at Oxford Computer Science Department) • Customers: DARPA/Draper Labs, DSTL, Horstman, Blue Bear, Jaguar Land Rover, QinetiQ • Strategy based on key sectors (Cyber, Robotics, Aerospace, Automotive) • Use widely available development tools (egSysML) • Developing technology to meet individual clients needs • Expand into other countries/sectors as required with products
Summary • Used out technology to : • Prove autonomous systems behavior to meet CAA/FAA certification requirements • Independently proved Eurofighter Typhoon Flight Control Systems Software (300,000+ lines of code) • Shown flaws in highly assured cyber military systems • Interested in projects that need assurance that the system and software comply with regulations, for example • Critical National Infrastructure • Robotics/Autonomous systems • Finance
