  13. THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE IS MADE UP OF 538 ELECTORS • THE MAGIC NUMBER, TO WIN THE ELECTION IS 270 ELECTORAL VOTES • IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY POPULAR VOTES YOU HAVE! • THE MAJORITY OF THE ELECTORS HAVE TO VOTE FOR YOU!!!!!!!
