Our Client • The Client: • The University Learning and Information Skills (LIS) Team • Purpose of the product: • “To develop a product that allows Learning Centre Staff to generate interactive flash tutorials, which allows staff to intuitively input graphic and text into the system with no prior knowledge of Flash.” • Interface Users: • Content Editors (e.g. Librarians) • End Users (e.g. Students)
Issues with the current system Old versions of the system: • Big Orange Book • CD ROM • Static web pages: Ist.glos.ac.uk Main Problems • Only one person is skilled in making the tutorials, but there is high demand. • Time consuming • Inconsistent
