PREFERENCES UPDATE

1. PREFERENCES UPDATE Default and Customize your Orders Display per Provider April 2014

2. Update and Default Preferences • Click on the icon that looks like a Gear in right tool bar (access other Soarian Tools) • Click on Preferences

3. Update Preferences • Click on Current Orders • Current Orders Tab • Scroll down with scroll bar not the arrow button. • Check all of the unchecked boxes • You now have all the new options to display

4. Change Default Preferences • To Change your Default from Provider Active and in Progress • Click the radial button under the Default column you want as your new default • Click Save and Close • This updates and saves all your changes

5. Change Default Preferences • You should receive a message stating Successfully Updated User Preferences • Click Close • Then click the Close at bottom of screen

6. New Order Display Options • New Order Display Options are • Past 24 hours ALL • Past 3 days ALL • Past 7 days ALL • Pending Activation

7. Customize Order Display List • Use can also customize your Orders display list by using the arrows to rearrange the list. • Click/highlight the line item you want to move then click the up down arrows to where you want it • Click Save • You will see message “Successfully Updated User Preferences” • Click Close and the close button at bottom of screen
