Moto of this calendar day is to make people aware of arthritis. Inflammation of one or more joints in the body, causing pain and stiffness that can worsen with age is called Arthritis disease. Arthritis basically terms used to describe painful conditions in the body that affect the joints or places where the bones come together. The condition mainly affects in the part of wrists, knees, fingers, toes, and hips. Arthritis is a common condition, affecting one in four adults. More than 3 million cases per year in the US affected with this disease.
Symptoms of Arthritis?- The condition of the body affects the joints, most of the symptoms of Arthritis are related to discomfort in those areas. Here are some symptoms of this disease- Pain Stiffness Fatigue or malaise in the whole body Immobility Physical deformity Redness Inflammation Swelling Stiff neck Causes of Arthritis- 1. Repetitive Actions- Repetitive actions in body wear down the cartilage which cushions the meeting point of the two bones, causing them to rub together. This causes pain, swelling, and immobility. 2. The weight of Body- Being overweight can either cause or worsen joint pain. Excess body weight or affected with Obesity disease puts pressure on the joints like the hips and the knees.

Body Infections- Some Arthritis can be caused by infectious pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcal pneumonia, Neisseria gonorrheoae, coccidioidomycosis, viruses (Enterovirus, and Rubella). How to avoid Arthritis?- The best way to avoid arthritis is to take good sunlight in the whole body, which gives us vitamin D and helps to absorb calcium in a better way to stay healthy. We should follow regular exercises an yoga to keep ourselves fit and maintain a healthy weight. Apart from this, we should also take a healthy diet in mine routine. There are some food items like turmeric, cabbage, broccoli, fatty fish, citrus fruits and garlic which can help us in avoiding arthritis disease.
