  1. C OLOR TEMPERATURE LED TUBES GUIDE FOR LESS THAN 2000 KELVIN LED tubes are the new name for good office lighting. Having multi-functional usability, these tubes become the best lighting options for a lot of places. These T8 LED Tubes offer great advantages like long operational life, a high degree of energy efficiency and a rich range of color temperatures. But what does color temperature mean? The temperature of light, measured in Kelvin, is known as the ‘correlated color temperature’ in the technical language. This ranges between 2000-6500 Kelvin. Here is a guide on various color temperatures available in T8 LED tube light fixtures: 2000-3000 KELVIN LESS THAN 2000 KELVIN Color temperature which is less than 2000 Kelvin is a dim glow of light which is similar to the light emitted by a candle and is used majorly for ambient lighting. 2000-3000 KELVIN The range of 2000-3000 Kelvin gives a soft white light which often appears yellow in color. This is primarily used in living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. 3100-4500 KELVIN 3100-4500 KELVIN Kelvin gives out a bright light used often in Kitchen and task areas. 4600-6500 KELVIN 4600-6500 Kelvin is similar to daylight and is used in display areas. 4600-6500 KELVIN For very bright illumination, a color temperature of more than 6500 Kelvin is used. LED tubes are indoor lighting appliances that are most commonly used in offices, homes and other such places. LED tube lights replace traditional fluorescent tubes and work best in standard ceiling heights.
