  2. 前言 • 白腐真菌能夠分解纖維素和木質素(lignin) • 產生extracellular polyphenol oxidases • 如 lignin peroxidases 和 laccase • 能分解多種不同物質 • 專一性低 • 具有很強的氧化能力 • 真菌的產生的laccase是重要的酵素 • 移除有毒物質 • 分解木質素(lingin)

  3. 前言 • Extracellular laccase • 多由擔子菌綱的真菌少量生產 • 可由其他物質增加產量 (誘導物:結構類似木質素或其衍生物的物質) • 前人研究 • Trametes versicolor • Phanerochaete chrysosporium

  4. 目的 • 找出一株新的能夠產生laccase的真菌,並修改basal medium,找出理想培養基成分組成 • 測試銅和誘導物對laccase產量影響 • 找出最佳培養條件,使laccase產量增加最多

  5. 材料方法 分離WR-1 • 樣本由環境中,採集各種菇類後培養 • laccase多由擔子菌產生,所以作者直接挑選菇類為篩選對象
