Some Important Instructions of Clear Paper Jams: ➢Put the front cover back in its place. ➢Remove the paper tray completely out of your printer. ➢Slowly pull out the jammed sheets using your both hands. ➢Now remove the back cover of the machine. ➢To open the fuser cover, pull down the tabs at the left and right-hand sides. ➢From here also use your both hands to pull the jammed sheets out of fuser unit. ➢Put the back cover and fuser cover back in its place. ➢Take out the duplex tray completely out of the printer and also the jammed stuff from this tray. ➢Check that there is no residue of papers inside the machine.

  3. ➢Place the duplex tray back and also put the paper tray firmly in the machine. ➢Press down the green lock lever and take out the toner cartridge from drum unit. See if there is any piece of jammed papers inside the drum unit and if found clear it. ➢Place the toner cartridge back into the drum unit. ➢Remove the front cover and put the drum unit & toner cartridge assembly back in its place. ➢Now close the front cover. ➢Now check that the Error LED is off and the Ready LED lights up. ➢Hit the Go button if the machine doesn’t start printing.
