Do not spray filters inside hopper. After spraying latch on hood, close hood and latch securely to create an airtight seal for filter compartment. Hopper hood must be latched securely with airtight seal before shipment. Open hopper dump door and spray all unpainted metal surfaces inside both sides of hopper, as shown. Disconnect fuel line at fitting on bottom of fuel tank and drain all fuel. Disconnect valve from LP tank and remove tank. Start machine and run until all LP fuel is exhausted and engine shuts down due to lack of fuel and will not restart.

Tighten onto LP Tank Hose, then place LP Tank Hose inside LP tank compartment, as shown at right. U.S. LP tank valve Remove U.S. LP tank valve from end of LP Tank Hose on machine. Parts: 3401456 / 3342983 Tools: ¾” Wrench / 11/16” Wrench

MODEL: 1900 JONAS – WC10 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 22DATE: 9/18/08 Shop Note: After VALVE-RELIEF, LPG VAPORIZER is installed, engine MUST NOT be started. 3500104 3343018 3500104 Get (1) VALVE-RELIEF, LPG VAPORIZER (3343018) and cut 25” of HOSE-NEOPRENE 5/16 ID (3500104). Remove plug from bottom of LP Vaporizer on left side of engine, as shown. Apply 565 PST.ThrdSlnt50ml (WHITE LOCTITE 565) (3401122) to threads of VALVE-RELIEF, LPG VAPORIZER and insert into LP Vaporizer where plug was removed. Tighten in position shown above. Insert end of HOSE-NEOPRENE 5/16 ID on T-fitting on VALVE-RELIEF, LPG VAPORIZER and route hose behind manifold, as shown above right. 3332271 Route other end of HOSE-NEOPRENE 5/16 ID behind manifold and out to side of radiator, as shown above. Get (1) 3/8 HALF CLAMP INSULATED (3332271). Remove bolt on radiator shroud and install clamp. Insert HOSE-NEOPRENE 5/16 ID behind clamp and tighten. Parts: 3343018 / 3500104 / 3332271 Tools: Hose Cutters / 7/16” Wrench

  23. MODEL: 1900 JONAS – WC10 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 23DATE: 9/18/08 3400278 3400362 3401369 3400476 3400476 3401369 Cut 80-inches in (4) 20-inch lengths of CHAIN-SHIPPING DEPT 20605710 (3401369). Get (4) SHACKLE-ANCHOR 5\16 (3400476), (4) WASHER-FENDER 3/8 (3400278) & (4) SCR-LAG 3/8 X 3.00 (3400362). Connect (1) SHACKLE-ANCHOR 5\16 to end of each CHAIN-SHIPPING length and clip SHACKLE-ANCHOR 5\16 to the frame in front of each front tire as shown. Tools: Bolt Cutters Parts: 3401369 / 3400476 / 3400278 / 3400362

MODEL: 1900 JONAS – WC10 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 26DATE: 9/18/08 Shop Note: Make sure the (2) SCR-LAG 3/8 X 3.00 drilled in the pallet at the rear of the machine both go into the rafters of pallet. Connect (1) WASHER-FENDER 3/8 & (1) SCR-LAG 3/8 X 3.00 to the last link of each of the (2) chains at rear of unit and drill into the pallet. Tools: 3/8” Socket / Impact Wrench

Spray both battery posts and both battery cable terminals with Battery Terminal Protector. Spray to coat until Red Dye in spray indicates posts and terminals are covered, as shown at right. Use (2) TIE-WIRE (3301358) to secure battery cable terminals to plastic hold-down bar on top of battery, as shown above. Parts: 3301358 Tools: ½” Wrench / Wire Cutters
