  1. 09-701604TJ Maxx Theft • On 8/31/09 at 8:23pm a theft occurred at TJ Maxx located at 5350 Mt. View Road. • Three suspects entered the store and were shopping separately but putting their items in the same cart being used by one of the suspects. • After a while two suspects went outside and pulled a vehicle up by the front entrance.

  2. 09-701604TJ Maxx Theft • The other suspect then went past the registers and out the door with the merchandise where her accomplices were waiting in a blue 4 door sedan, make and model unknown and fled the scene. • If anyone has information on these suspects please contact Det. Andy Belew South Investigations at 862-7762.

  3. Suspect #1 Suspect # 1 used the cart and is the one that fled the store with the merchandise.

  4. Suspect #2 Suspect #2 assisted in placing items in shopping cart.

  5. Suspect #3 Suspect #3 assisted in placing items in shopping cart.

  6. All three suspects
