Create and Serve Notice to Owner without Any Hassle
Despite performing improvements or construction work on the property, subcontractors and suppliers often do not have a direct contract with the owner of the property. But according to Florida Law, the subcontractors or suppliers have a lien on property for the value of materials, labor and/or services provided by them. The law requires them to secure the lien right by serving a notice to owner to the owner of the property within 45 days of furnishing materials, labor or services for the project.
