But, when it does not connect to the server, it can be really annoying. There is a way that Outlook is in offline mode if your outlook 2007 cannot connect to server. Disable The Offline Option: • Click the send and receive settings • And choose the disable option • And try to connect the server Restart the system: • Restart your outlook application • And check the connectivity • And close the application • Try open the application in different browser Rebuild the application: • Rebuild your outlook application • Open the control panel • Click on the mail icon • And locate the data file • Find the .ost file • And rename the file .old Recreate your outlook profile: • Open the control panel • Open the mail option
