TODAY’S STRATEGY –BASED ON HISTORY MARKET EXPERIENCE • Fire services’ market is conservative = long lead times (“long term involvement”) • The Ministry of Interior does not get involved in future products and methods (“bureaucracy”) • France is lacking a fire service innovation center (“future not of interest”) • Methods are “locked-in” by binding procedures (“legal constraints”) • No legal pursuit to find responsible (“nobody guilty”) • Low quality of training centers (“lack of training”) • Almost no theoretical training in fire behavior (“little understanding”) • Demos seldom lead to sale of COBRA systems (“technology circus”) • Personal network important to open doors (“trust”) • Training the best way to convince the firemen (“own experience”) TODAYS’ STRATEGY • Increased sales presence with 4 new sales reps (existing) • Establishment of a French COBRA training Academy (in process) • Offer of training in France and Borås/Northamptonshire • New improved website (almost done) • New brochures describing method and not technology • High level lobbying / lobbying person (existing / to be be done) • Visit to UK to understand the Cobra experience

MARKET SITUATION – TODAY AND FUTURE TODAY • Orders in process (Peugeot, Semmaris, Amiens, Monaco, Lausanne, Eurodisney…) • Recent entry into the airport market • Project in process to assure Cobra future presence at Nuclear Power plants • New communication tools: website and brochures • Training in UK wanted by Monaco FUTURE • Tours de France with “new sales approach” to find Cobra Champions • Training in France and abroad (instead of demos) • Visit to UK with important French leaders • Closer cooperation with all of the 4 large fire vehicle manufacturers • Initiate a Cobra User Group with annual meetings • CCS presence at Annual Exhibition
