Background and Introduction • Pocketfit Training is a rapidly growing Fitness Training Company servicing the learning and development needs of all professionals in the sport, leisure and fitness industry • Working in partnership with the Sector Skills Council (Skills Active) and the awarding organisation Active IQ, Pocketfit Training offers courses in the fitness industry ranging from “Level 1 Assisting Health Related Activity Sessions” through to high end “Level 4 Certificate in Exercise and Nutritional Interventions for Obesity and Diabetes” • Our programme delivery is tailored to the individual need of the learner and employer

Pocketfit Training Academy (PTA) • The Pocketfit Training Academy will equip your staff with the skills the current fitness industry demands and offers a direct vocational route for your chosen Professional Career Pathways • 12 Monthly Training Lectures for all members of the Academy to be delivered at the client site • Delivery of Vocationally Related Qualifications that positively contributes to the productivity of the business • Delivery of Pocketfit Trainings innovative, industry changing concept to the Learning and Development ideology • Promoting a positive learning culture within an organisation, encouraging other staff to participate in staff development and CPD

Apprenticeship Delivery Model • 1 year and 2 year Apprenticeship Programmes qualifying apprentices to Level 3 standard • Monthly delivery of technical qualifications in a group learning environment • Pocketfit to assist employer in the recruitment of `Academy Learners` following eligibility criteria and recent appraisals • Specific learning programme tailored to the individuals need and organisations vision • Develop career opportunities for `Academy Learners` • Relevant work based skills developed alongside learning, not available through any other learning model!

FREE Government Funded Training • All the Apprenticeship Models above can be delivered at NO COST for eligible Employees • Funding guaranteed for training of all 16 - 24 year olds • Bespoke Learning and Development Programme • Intensive Training to upskill workforce to the level employer expects
