    11. The Process First, all of the bakery products are unloaded onto a concrete dock. Second, the driver of a skid-steer loader spins around on the bakery products in order to break open individual packaging. Third, the products are moved to a staging area for the hammer mill.

    12. The Process Continued Fourth, a second skid-steer loader inserts varying amounts of each type of bakery product into the hammer mill. Fifth, the hammer mill crushes the packaging and product into small pieces. Sixth, smaller particles travel directly to the feed area, while larger particles and packaging enter a rotating separator.

    13. The Process Continued Seventh, the rotating separator allows the product to fall through to a conveyor belt, while trapping packaging and metal ties. Eighth, a high power vacuum collects all packaging, while large magnets collect the metal ties. Ninth, the feed is sent back through the process two times more to remove all debris and ensure consistency.
