Methods Stroke Center Response to date • Obtained list of Level I, II, III stroke centers from DSHS • Obtained contact list (coordinator name, phone number, address) from RAC • Initiated survey via phone and email • 76 completed responses; 47 pending responses • 1 refusal to participate
