  1. Partial Hospitalization Program Partial Hospitalization Treatment(PHP) is a level of care in which you reside at home or in a home-like setting at our sober living facility. Our PHP Program is an effective outpatient alternative to the traditional 28-day inpatient residential program.

  2. What is a PHP program? • A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a level of care that provides clients with access to a safe, structured treatment environment without total disruption of their daily routines.

  3. Patient Guide to Partial Hospitalization Programs Partial hospitalization programs (PHP) are offered for patients as part of the treatment continuum. These programs offer a safe, structured environment while enabling the patient to return home at night and maintain important family and community relationships. Partial hospitalization may be appropriate for patients making the transition from inpatient to outpatient treatment or as a program alternative for patients who do not present any danger to themselves or others but need a structured treatment plan and environment.

  4. Who is eligible for Partial Hospitalization Program? • Partial Hospitalization Program has evidence-based treatment and skill enhancement to improve a person's ability to function in daily life. Our clinicians perform a thorough assessment to determine if partial hospitalization is an appropriate level of care. A good candidate for the program has: • An acute psychiatric disorder but is not at imminent risk for suicide or harm to others • Capacity to fully participate • Reasonable expectation of improvement • Good support system at home or in the community outside the program • Transportation to and from the program each day

  5. Goals of our Partial Hospital Program • Help patients focus on increasing coping skills and stabilizing symptoms • Address life management skills • Explore cognitive and behavioral changes • Identify and learn to express feelings

  6. What is partial care program? • Partial care is an intensive, nonresidential, therapeutic treatment program that may or may not be hospital-based. The program provides clinical treatment services in a stable environment.
